  • Help Desk Analyst
      (January 2012 to present) Temporary position as a help desk tech for deployment of 900 computers at two local hospitals for Cerner Iconnect role out.  Image PC through SCCM database.  Assist as sight lead for reporting purposes.  Deploy newly imaged PC and recover older PC for rebuild.  Maintain active directory for naming convention standards, group policy, and SCCM canister.
